FuFu Records Drop Their '88 Double Happiness' Compilation Celebrating Exclusively Asian Talent
In order to highlight and increase the visibility of the Asian talent in the underground scene, Hong Kong based FuFu records will be releasing a new compilation dedicated to showcasing exclusively Asian producers every 3 months.

The first compilation '88 Double Happiness' dropped last week and is a wonderful concoction of dreamy sound palettes, acid infusions & electro with the likes of Midnight Runner's Munir, South Korea's Go Dam and Wind Horse Records Hamza Rahimtula - whose disco infused track we had the pleasure of premiering a few weeks back - dropping by. Each artist has their home country linked with their name which is a fantastic way to highlight the electronic talent coming from different parts of Asia.
Alongside bringing minority groups in the electronic scene to the forefront, each year the label will be supporting a different NGO in Asia. 2021, sees them partner with the wonderful One Tree Planted as 80% of their compilation sales go towards supporting reforestation and rebuilding the habitat of critically endangered species. They hope that this compilation alone will replant 880 trees.
This is a highly recommended compilation with a great cause. If you are able to contribute towards it you can buy it HERE.
